Do you have the blues?
Do you eat just a little too much and add never-ending pounds?
Do you fret too much, grieve too much, watch the tube too much?
How about your mood swings?
How about your weak back?
How about boredom?
Want to get strong and brave?
Want to build muscle and bone?
Want to be outdoors doing something fun, fun, fun?
Here's the answer:
Riding. Yeah, on horses. Gentle, calm, sweet, soft, well-trained horses.
Big ones and small ones. Tall ones and short ones.
As a bonus you can feed chickens, goats, dogs and cats.
Even pat bunnies!
See the cutest foal grow up.
See younger horses being trained.
See the gentle successes of learning horsemanship.
See the patient teacher, good with teaching kids, adults, families.
Exercising on a ranch is more fun than in a sterile gym.
The workout is good, the air is fresh.
Lifting saddles is so much more fun than pulling weights.
Cheerful faces, horses and otherwise, is so much more fun than therapy.
Get a good hard aerobic workout with beautiful views, blue skies and feel your confidence grow, feel stronger, happier, and more peaceful!
So show up soon.
P.S.
Listening to the chickens, ducks, and geese puts a smile on your face and cheers you up!
"chuckle, chuckle, ah HAH! What? What? What? What rat!? Whoooo!
"Haw,Ha, HEEE, Whee! Ha! Wowwee! See, see, sheesh? Outta, outta, WON'T! Shhhh"

If you need food and drink to complete the fabulous fun, there is a Western style party barn.
If you need a carriage ride there are choices of carriages and a very calm, competent animal to pull on request.
Don't miss out on the fun and fitness
Just fine for fitness and mental health!<
Come quickly! You don't want to miss the fun!

HaHa!
I bought those very napkins last spring for a CowboyWestern theme'd birthday party!
My oh-so-boring membership at the ladies' 'gym' is $29 a month - go as often as you like.
Re: riding as exercise - if one does not own a horse (I understand upkeep can be costly), can one ride for exercise for:
$ or $$ or $$$?
Lots of horsey people round these parts. Seems like the majority have mucho acreage and own one or more horses.
They speaketh a whole other language! Horsespeak!
