my daughter drinks coffee...

Yes, it's true.
For probably the first time in her life,
my daughter drank coffee.
I'm sure it had plenty of milk and sugar.
Coffee needs milk and sugar to make it palatable.
On that we agree.
Adding chocolate syrup sure doesn't hurt.

My daughter took to coffee
like bats take to the sky.

Then we had a birthday party.
I got a PARTY in a BOX called APPLES to APPLES.
More about coffee and presents later.

I also received a gift certificate.
Hand written.
Created by my daughter.
Do you recall that she'd had coffee?
The card was interesting.
It rambled on about a dinner party.

Coffee creates humorous, hyper writers.
AND they use the French language.
As much as is recalled from high school.
AND college.
When you're good at French,
even without coffee,
colleges come up with money awards
and ceremony.

Playing APPLES to APPLES on coffee
is quite entertaining.
You will be heaving for breath,
falling off your chair,
slurring your words with that terrible
laughter that hurts your abdominals.

Coffee, ingested by amateurs,
can make for a happy birthday!
