Poor Dog, Go Next Door

The Baby Came!

And the Big dog went next door.

Here comes the baby!!

She's coming to visit with her Mom, Dad, and Big Girl Sister.

They're here! The big dog rushes out to greet!

Grabs the baby blanket, carries it in with joyful and slobbery care.

Oh, dog! Poor dog, no baby blankets for you.

You mean to be happy and helpful, but knocking down the 5 year old doesn't help your reputation.

Too excited, too rompy, too gleeful for a quiet baby visit.

Off to the pen.

"But, when is dinner and when do we get to visit the baby?!!!"

Sorry big dog, off to the neighbor's you go!

No peaceful sleeping baby with you around.

Yes, we know you want to be good, now go be good next door.

Neighbor, Border Collie, Shitzu, 2 Parrots and you!

Dog, go next door.

Sit on the couch, sleep on the couch.

Sleep tight, don't let the fleas bite.

Baby's smiling, cooing, nursing.

Baby's growing, seeing, learning.

5 year olds are crafting; a verb as in: "LET"S CRAFT!"

Bike riding, dashing about.

No room for bounding 70 lb. dogs.

Baby sleeps tight, too. As does Mom, Dad, Big Sister, Auntie, Uncle and Basset.
No big dogs jumping up in the night at a tiny cry.

No big dogs tripping adults carrying baby.

No helpful excited dog fetching the bottle.

Now we're waving good-bye dear baby, sister, nephew, neice.

Watching with full hearts.

Watching the sister wave with her lovely "crafted" magic wand, magic looking glass. She has her Easter basket, eggs and stickers.
"Are you taking ALL of Aunt Jo's toys?"

The sun is so warm today.

Perfect for a baby, a big sister, dad and a mom to head to the sunny warm beach to visit with Gramma Suz...Mamaw.

Welcome home big leaping dog. Joy!

Did you thank the neighbor for the visit? We certainly did! Huge favor!

Kept the dog happy and kept the family happy!

Good dog!
