Thanksgiving ramble

We got the house cleaned up,

we COOKED some good food,

we ATE some good food, too much as usual.

We laughed and ooohed and awwed at the entertainment.

We watched 

the whirlwind.

   

     

We listened 

to stories. 

We loved the dogs, 
the very good dogs.

And of course, we loved the 
communally prepared dinner!

And though we missed some  
family and friends,

we held dear the bit of family 

that we had here.
