Vacation ~ School?

Which would you choose?

Lie in bed until the sun is really up;
Or, quick get up when the radio is blurting about a fender bender?

Stalk around barefooted in the garden in pajamas in dewy grass (Gosh! Would you put on your bathrobe!);
Or quick, figure out something decent to wear amongst the clean laundry?

Eat whenever.
Quick, eat something, anything, gulp it down and get those teeth brushed!

Read whilst reclining on the couch;
Or, coax wiggly students to link phonetic sounds, "k" "ah" "t" ~ "cat!"

Stare out the kitchen window with coffee in hand watching the titmice?
Or, throw the coffee into a travel mug, never to be drunk hot again, and drive madly through school traffic.

Rub doggie bellies, one feathery, one velvety;
Or, hustle a line (more like a chaotic chorus line) to the library. "Ohhhhhh nooooooo, I forgot my book!" (tears, anger).

Wander the art room to see what's up;
Or, quick, clean up and get out of there before someone falls down, needing immediate attention?

Sit in the sun;
Or gasp for breath all the way home and crash and burn on the couch?

C'mon, hurry up June!!!
