Toenail Update

Canine Toenails

Too long, WAY too long.
The SPCA would probably seize the Basset except for the fact that she has a nail appointment tomorrow. And except for the fact that she is a pain in the neck. For her monthly pedicure, she needs a heavy duty drug to knock her out so she will not thrash about. We don't go "back there" into the pedicure room with her.

Why Not?

1st
It's too embarrassing to watch her almost passed out.
2nd
Her droopy eyes are bloodshot and her ears flop on the ground as the manicurist drags her along.
3rd
Drugged or not, she knows what's up and whines and slobbers the whole time we're there.

Holly is getting her nail trim as well.
She doesn't fuss.
