Reunion

In March.
A reunion of old friends
and old friends' offsprings' old friends.
Though none of us are that old.
.
It's becoming an annual affair, I guess.
Someone mentioned celebrating
the March Birthdays,
but oh dear, no!

No extra birthday celebrations for me.
At least other than the official one.
I'll be happy with that one day.

In my 50's I've grown tired of birthdays.
I remember this happening to older people
when I was young...
I guess I'm an older person now.
Not elder, hopefully, but older.

So our reunion still needs a theme.
mmmmmmmm...

How about Easter?
Springtime beckons,
though it can't come soon enough for me,
and frankly I'm craving summer,
but spring will have to do for now.

So does an Easter theme sound good?
As in "Baby's First Easter"?
Please RSVP all ye reunionites.

I'm looking forward to it...
no matter how it plays out.

Oh, and what shall we serve?
Ideas anyone?
