Rain Go Away

Raining raining raining
floody muddy outside my door.

Little school kids hyped up
wishing for the sun
but stuck with us
inside.

Energy rising
bursting and busting out
tattling and whining
and then a shout
from the teacher.

"Pay attention and be quiet!"
first listen
then sing it loud.

Go
and sing it out
jump around
wear out.



Sing it loud
to the clouds
if they listen
we'll go outside.
