I Got Dirty Toes

Phooey!
Same old story...
Forgot to put on sunscreen, gardening gloves,
hat, shoes and play clothes.
But I just can't leave when I see a little plant needing tending, can I?!
I'm washing good clothes, splotched with mud.
I should soak in the bath,
then slather on healing lotion.

Wish I could wait just 2 minutes to change!
Gotta give it up, I just can't...
